FAE College Fellows
Our College Fellow program provides college students from the Latinx community studying education the opportunity to plan and co-teach alongside experienced professional teachers from May through August, gaining additional practicum experience as they prepare for a career in education.
Over 80% of the 45 fellows we have served since 2015 are the first generation in their families to earn a college degree or professional teaching certificate.
Since 2016, FAE has offered 60 fellows the opportunity to explore education as a career and over 50% are currently working in the field of education or actively pursuing a degree in education.
