Échale Ganas Program
Our program is a 5-7 week commitment available to 8th-12th graders in Skagit Valley with the purpose of providing high school students with the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the education field.
The first 2 weeks take place at Skagit Valley College where students learn about classroom management, Latinx culture, and higher education. The 5 weeks after are the practicum weeks where the students are posted in a specific classroom as part of the teaching team. Juniors and Seniors will receive priority for this program.
